• $225 non-refundable fee per pet
• $25/month per pet
• Maximum two pets per apartment
• Combined weight limit at maturity - 100 pounds

Breed Restrictions

At Colonial Townhouse Apartments we do not allow the following breeds (including any dogs that appear to have a mixture of the breed): Akita, American Bulldog, American Staffordshire Terrier, Chow Chow, Doberman Pinscher, German Shepherd, Husky, Dogo Argentino, Wolf Hybrid, Malamute, Mastiff, Pit Bull, Presa Canario, Rottweiler, and Staffordshire Bull Terrier
